Nietzsche on the Greeks 2/5/11

Humanity and nature are insperable and Nietzsche couldn't explain it any better. The greeks are a perfect example of this. Even though the greeks were the most humane people in ancient civilization they were also very competitive amongst each other. Their battles and competion could end up being deadly. As stated int the professor's blog post the greeks had unmistakeable lust power and to have power they must instill fear in others and conquer. This is same now in modern time , the goverment may instill fear upon other countries to get what they want and at the same time a natural disaster may occur and they extend their to help.
